How to Climb Harder – Courses

With the successful release of “How To Climb Harder”, its author and Snowdonia Mountain Guides coach Mark Reeves is offering a course that covers the wide, diverse and holistic look at improvement that can be made to anyones rock climbing.

These 2 or 5 day rock climbing courses will make a real difference to your climbing. Making you climb in a more relaxed fashion, and no doubt re-energising your drive to get out there and enjoy yourself on the rock.

The courses involve movement coaching of rock climbing techniques on both boulders problems and rock climbs. We also cover the tactical approach to leading a climb, as well as the psychological skills that will help you improve how you feel on the lead. What is great about this course is there is an accompanying textbook that you can use to carry on the improvements after the course has finished, and to help you to remember and revisit the lessons we cover during the course

A sample of the book can be seen on the publishers website, and the course content is based on a the lessons inside and a lot background knowledge that Mark has gained from his many years experience as a climbing coach and his further studies into the field of coaching rock climbing, which he has taken to a level of post-graduate study (MSc).

In essence this is the ultimate Lead Climb Coaching course from the author of one of the most modern up to date texts in the self-coaching and coaching climbing.

If you want to come on a course with one of the UK’s leading outdoor rock climbing coaches then the How To Climb Harder Courses are for you.
