Moelwyns Snapping and Climbing

Africa Rib, Craig Clipiau

I had another day taking pictures and climbing for the guidebook and the climber article coming up soon. As such some of the photos are not the best of the bunch as I am holding them back.

I started by climbing Brys, a nice HVS on Clipau, which despite not getting a star in the guide is definitely worth one. I managed to get a couple of snaps of people on adjacent routes. A great on of the eagle finish from a place where the eagle is definitely identifiable.

I then headed past Wrysgan and onto Kirkus direct and took some photos of a team that I overtook on the easier variation on the final arete. If any of these photos is of you or your climbing partner then do email or comment on this blog and I can let you have a copy of the images.

The Eagle Finish to Asahel, can you see the eagle though?
